Olidžim sadrži inulin i džimnemu, dva biljna sastojka koja pomažu održavanju nivoa šećera u krvi u granicama normale.
Inulin je prirodna supstanca koja se dobija iz korijena čičoke i drugih biljaka poput maslačka, cikorije i slatke repe.
Inulin potpomaže aktivizaciju metabolizma i proces sagorjevanja masnoće koji je povezan sa apsorpcijom glukoze. Takođe održava nivo šećera u krvi u granicama normale.
Srebrna svilenica ili Gimnema Sylvestre je veoma stara biljka čije ime u prevodu znači “rušilac šećera”.
Džimnema potpomaže usporavanje procesa apsorpcije viška šećera iz hrane, zbog čega šećer ne prolazi u krv. Ovo je jedna od najpopularnijih biljaka u svijetu za održavanje normalnog rada pankreasa i lučenja insulina.
Preporučuje se upotreba: odrasli po 2 tablete 2 puta dnevno u toku jela, sa puno vode.
