Preporučena dnevna doza (=4 kapsule) osigurava 1000 mg kalcija u obliku kalcijevog citrata (85%) i kalcijevog karbonata (15%), 10 μg vitamina D u obliku kolekalciferola (D3) u posebnoj biljnoj bazi lista potočarke (Nasturtium officinale), korijena maslačka (Taraxacum officinale) i lista peršina (Petroselinum crispum) za dodatnu podršku hranjivim tvarima.
