Kako sastojci djeluju
L-metionin je α-amino-y-metiltiobuterna kiselina, jedna od esencijalnih aminokiselina. Pomaže u uklanjanju viška masnoće iz jetre, učestvuje u sintezi biološki važnih jedinjenja, aktivira delovanje vitamina, hormona, enzima. Nedostatak metionina dovodi do poremećenog metabolizma lipida i masne jetre. Takođe, metionin, zajedno sa inozitolom i kolinom, aktivno uklanja masti i toksine iz ćelija jetre.
Inozitol (inozitol, vitamin B 8 ) – povećava proizvodnju lecitina. Stoga pospješuje metabolizam masti i može osigurati smanjenje nivoa kolesterola u krvi. Zajedno sa kolinom, pomaže u sprečavanju nagomilavanja masti u arterijama (arterijskim sudovima) i podržava zdravlje srca i bubrega. Inozitol istovremeno doprinosi ishrani moždanih stanica, zaštiti očnih membrana i crijevnih stanica.
Holin (vitamin B4 ) je spoj sličan vitaminu neophodan za normalno funkcioniranje i strukturu tjelesnih stanica. S nedovoljnom količinom kolina u tijelu, formiranje fosfolipida je poremećeno, zbog čega se odgađa asimilacija masti koja se nakuplja u tkivima. Na taj način sprečava nakupljanje masti u tkivima; u većoj mjeri ovaj lipotropni učinak se manifestira u jetri, jer je ona organ u kojem se odvija i sinteza i razgradnja fosfolipida.
Specifičan miris tableta je zbog prisustva aminokiselina u sastavu.
